PAL FC Membership & Player Evaluation

PAL FC offers an 11-month membership structure designed to give players a clear pathway for development throughout the calendar year.

Our mission is to raise the standard of youth soccer in our area by providing a strong developmental environment built on quality training, strong habits, and long-term growth. PAL FC is a recreational program designed to develop players into competitive travel soccer through structured training, consistent coaching, and a serious approach to improvement.

To support players at different stages of their journey, PAL FC offers the following membership tiers:

Pre-Academy
For younger beginner players who are still building their foundation. This phase emphasizes confidence, coordination, basic technical development, and comfort in a structured training environment.

Academy
For older intermediate players who are ready for a more serious developmental environment. This phase places greater emphasis on technical quality, game understanding, discipline, and continued progression.

Single Season Members
For players who wish to participate one season at a time while still being part of the club’s developmental structure.

All new players must go through an evaluation before being accepted. This process helps ensure proper placement and helps maintain the developmental standard of the club.
